  how do I create a second, but unrelated blog?

  You’ll need to use a different email address to set up another blog which will not be associated with your original blog/account. You’ll also need a different username for the second account.

  If you just want a second blog which will show the same username as your first you can simply add another blog. They will both be on the same account with the same email address associated with each of them.
