second blog editor does not want to give her private email password to login.
-
The second person I want to add to my blog as an editor has been invited and she has received the invitation. She was asked for her password to respond to the invitation. She has concerns about giving her private email password. Can she use mine? I have two blogs drusie.wordpress.com (primary) and chsfiftyniners.wordpress.com. This second person would contribute only to the chsfiftyniners.wordpress.com blog that we do for our graduating class. What should I tell her about protecting her private email password yet being able to log on to post on the second blog.

Hi there,
The password your contributor is being prompted for is not their email password, but their WordPress.com account password, either to create a new one or to login with her existing one.
We do not ask for our user’s email passwords, nor do we store them. :)
