I added a second blog which I didn’t realize would be linked to my first address and now whenever I blog the name C.D. Hersh comes up instead of the name on the second blog. Also the email address attached to cdhersh shows on the second blog. Does anyone know how to disconnect the two blogs without losing the name on the second blog? Or will have have to create a third blog with a new account and a similar name?
    C.D. Hersh

The email address we use to create a username account is our unique identifier. All blogs we register while logged into WordPress.com are registed to that same username and email address. In order to completely separate two blogs that so they are not associated with each other, when you are logged out of WordPress.com you register another username account using a different email address – choose the “just a username please” option. http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/ Then you add the new username account as an official user of the blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#adding-users and you transfer one of the blogs to the new username account using this process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account
