    I cannot use the theme I have purchased on your platform. This appears to be a violation of the warrantee of merchantability. I would appreciate a prompt refund and immediate attention to this matter. I want a refund. I have emailed two times with no response. I will report this to my credit card company if you don’t respond asap.

    Which theme are you referring to?
    Which site is it on?
    Which username account purchased it and when?
    Where did you email too?

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. It takes from 1 – 2 weeks or 7 – 10 business days for the refund to be received.

    re: Canceling upgrades
    Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.

    You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

    There is a bug and Staff have to remove the premium themes or transfer them to other sites you have registered.

    A theme from Theme Forest. The site is bingeonit.com. Useraccount – jonnamp. Purchased on February 15th. I have sent requests through your “contact me” button on the website. I have not received any responses until now. Thank you. I just want the $99.00 refund please. Thanks.

    It sounds like you are trying to install a third party theme for a self-hosted WordPress.ORG blog. Third party themes can not be uploaded to a free hosted WordPress.COM blog. They are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.

  • We are not associated with Theme Forest – so if you are wanting to use the theme, you’ll need to install it with the host that your site is on – not WordPress.com. If you are needing a refund, you’ll need to contact the third party vendor in which you purchased the theme – was it theme forest or a another party that sells theme forest’s products?

    You purchased a plan with us last month which was refunded back on 1/31. But, in terms of the charges that you recently occurred, it’s not associated with WordPress.com.
