Second identification

  Hi, it seems impossible to place the second code for the double ID, the code generated by my iPhone app won’t work, and plus it changes every 10 seconds and it’s a wrong one, why please ? I wanna get rid of that second code ?

  Hi!

  It looks like you recently disabled two-step authentication on your account. Can you let me know if you’re able to access your account now?

  I would recommend using two-step authentication wherever possible for security reasons. If you’re having trouble getting it setup or using it, I’m happy to help resolve those issues so you can use it going forward!

  Hi Jeremy, yes I finally managed to deactivate the two-step authentification ! It took me several days to do this, and I did it because I could access to my WordPress account from an iPhone or iPad, or another computer… For some reasons the “authenticator” iPhone app got crazy and it would give me weird numbers that wouldn’t even work… So yes I got rid of it, it’s more problems with the two-step than without ! Thanks.

  That’s odd! I use two-factor authentication with my personal account, and I haven’t had any trouble. If you would like to set this up in the future, please let us know. We’re happy to help!
