Second page content appearing on first page
-
I have a static page that is my site’s homepage. I added a second page. Now the content from the second page ALSO appears on my homepage. This is a pretty major problem — I need to have multiple pages on my site!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m going to take the offending page down for the moment because it looks pretty unprofessional.

Hey Mira,
I see two pages displaying on your site: Welcome, and Rates and Packages. They appear separate from one another, and unique.
Have you fixed the issue on your own, or do you still require assistance? Please let me know.
If you can share with me specifically what you want to accomplish, I can best help.
Thanks much!

I was able to fix it on my own, though the solution doesn’t make any sense to me — I had set the front page to “Welcome” and the posts page had apparently also been set to “Welcome” — once I set the posts page to nothing, the problem resolved, even though neither was set to “Rates and Packages” — I mean, I’ll take it, I’m glad the problem is solved, but it still seems like an illogical solution.

Mira,
I see. Since you have no posts, you don’t want anything assigned to be your Posts page. If you change your mind and decide on creating a blog, you could create a new page called “Blog” (for instance). Then you’d assign Blog as your posts page.
I know it appears illogical, but it seems your theme was simply trying to populate the page you assigned as your blog page with additional content. Clearly, it didn’t work well.
Glad you found the right solution on your own! If I can help with anything else, do let me know.
Thanks much.
