Second request for help with email change

I need to change the email address associated with this blog. I have tried multiple times but it doesn’t stick. I have tried two different addresses, neither of which are used with any other Word press blog and it still doesn’t stick. NEXT?

Yes. I have tried from two different computers using Google Chrome and Safari. Mac and PC.
