Second Row of Edition Options Missing

  Second row of editing options is missing in the Visual Editor: I can’t change the size of the font, the colour of text, insert a symbol etc. A colleague is using the same theme (Edin) and these options are available to him. How can I “unlock” the features in the second row? Thank you for your assistance.

  click on the “tool Bar Toggle” it’s the icon on the top row that looks a bit like a screen, used to be called “Kitchen Sink” –

  mouse over the icons and the description will be displayed
