Second row of visual editor is missing

The second row of my visual editor is missing after the recent update. The text colour is something we frequently use, and if that misses from the visual editor then coding is the only option which is a total time waste.
Let me know if there is some problem with my version or it has been removed purposely.

Recent update? Perhaps you aren’t talking about the empty WordPress.com site listed above. If you are, make sure you haven’t accidentally clicked on the “toggle advanced” three dots below the HTML button. If that isn’t the case then perhaps try a different browser in case your current browser isn’t fully loading your dashboard.
If you are talking about some unnamed site using the WordPress.org software then you’ll receive more specific help from their forums.
