  If you have a collaborative venture in which you have a second person who may work on the blog, can you get a second login password pair at the Personal Account level?

  Hi there, if you are referring to a site hosted here on WordPressdotcom, the site has the upgrade, not a specific user account.

  If you wish to add someone to your WordPressdotcom site as an Admin, Editor, Author or Contributor, https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/ send them an invite as explained in that support guide. If they don’t already have a WordPressdotcom account, they will need to create one as part of accepting your invitation.

  Thank you for your kindness in explaining to a non-technical newbie such a basic (and stupid) question. I was conflating the wordpress.com overall website account login with the capacities of WordPress itself to provide for editor or contributor access.
