Second Website with Premium

  I currently have a premium WP account for my blog. I want to add a second website under the same account. If I do this, I have two questions.
  1) Will I have to pay for an additional premium account?
  2) Will I be able to purchase the second website domain name through wordpress, or will i have to import it from another site?

  The premium upgrade applies to a single blog only.

  (1) If you want to second blog to have premium features the answer is yes. http://store.wordpress.com/plans/premium/

  (2) Yes you can purchase a domain through WordPress.COM.
