Secondary blog won’t save drafts and post correctly

  My primary blog is http://www.theycallmecurlysue.wordpress.com and my secondary is http://www.peaandcarrot.wordpress.com. Ever since I started posting on the secondary blog, I have trouble with a draft not saving at all or saving half of what I typed. I just completed a post and hit save draft again and, like always, was given a screen that said the post could not be updated (or something like that) and to try again later. I went back into the draft and half of what I wrote was gone—soooo mad! Plus, every time I go back into a draft to try and publish it, I get a weird capital “A”, usually after a period but sometimes in the middle of a sentence, and it always has a little ^ above the “A”. Anyone know what is going on? I’ve never had this problem with my primary blog before.
