Secondary column with my older post of page 2

hallo all in mi blog you can see my last 12 posts, i want to insert in my secondary column the title of my older post from 13’s to 24’s can someone help me?

Fresh News is a premium theme so as a volunteer I have no access to trying it out. Is it designed to show 2 columns of posts as an option for that theme?
