secondary menu and logo in the middle

  Hi! I am starting with a web using the template Sugar & Spice. I added a secondary menu. Now I have 2 issues I am not sure how to solve:

  1. I want the logo to go on top of everything, I put a z-index: 99; but somehow that is not working properly. The girl should be hanging over the menu and a slider I will put in the future (if I can solve this I will buy the pro version of the template that has a slider).

  2. I want the primary and secondary menus to be on the same level, one to the left of the girl and one to the right.

  Oh, thank you so much. I didnt know that. I posted there a week ago or more and no one has ever answered me… well, I guess I will have to give up and change templates.
