  I sure don’t know how to describe this, but I’d like to link a word or two to an internal popup or page, without having to save that page as a page or post. Maybe you’d call it a popup text box.

  This would be a blockup that the user would intentionally click on a link to seek. I.e., “Click HERE to see a description”
