Secondary title help

  Good evening,

  I’m trying to display a secondary title on a template I bought. I made sure the plugin is installed and I added a second title to the WordPress blog area. (screenshot attached)

  For some reason I can not see it on the website. 
  I tried following the instructions of copying the code and pasting in on the WP Themes but I have my side with Showit and I don’t see a Theme under Appearance.
