Secondary Title Not Showing at Rescon1.com, Mission News WordPress Theme

I installed the Secondary Title plug-in created by @thaikolja for my Mission News-themed website ResCon1.com. However, the secondary title is not showing up, and I am not sure why. I looked through the online support, but don’t see my question there. Not sure if this is the right way/place to pose such a question, but I don’t see any other way here at WordPress.org to pose or post a question. This seems to be the only way. Please advise.

Judging by the site connected to your WordPress.com account it looks like you’re using the open-source WordPress software and therefore you need to seek help at these forums:
