Secondary Title widget

  I manage a custom-designed blog on WordPress.com/

  There is a optional field in which I can insert a secondary title. When that field is filled in, it produces a secondary title with slightly smaller font and a different color font.

  Is there a secondary title widget available for Suburia theme?
