  It looks like this site is a self-hosted one and uses a third party theme – this means it’s not possible to provide full support via the WordPress.com forums.

  For this kind of change you may require some custom CSS to hide that. The theme developers should be able to help you with this CSS and this would be added via Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
