    How can this problem be fixed so that my website becomes visible.

    Hey there,

    It sounds like you need to implement an SSL certificate on the site, which is usually done at the host, and usually at an additional cost.

    On WordPress.com, a free SSL is something that comes for free with every plan.

    This site isn’t hosted with WordPress.com so our support overall is limited in this instance.

    To explain, there’s two types of WordPress. The first is WordPress.com, where we provide daily backups, automatic updates, a 24/7 support service and an optimised version of WordPress. The second is self-hosted WordPress, where the free open source version of the software is installed onto a server.

    It’s possible to migrate the site over to WordPress using our migration plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ and the site would need to be on the business plan.
