secure payment option disable

I see that secure payment option is disable. i want to payment with paytm or netbanking. kindly solve that issue.

Hi there,
The only available payment methods for WordPress.com plans are credit and debit cards and PayPal. We also offer those local payment methods:
Paytm and NetBanking are not currently supported.
