  Hi,
  I just changed our site from www to https:// in our General>Settings. Once I saved the changes I was booted from the word press site, our active website seems dormant, and I can no longer sign into my account…. saying my username no longer exists.
  Any suggestions?

  We’d be happy to help, but we require one vital piece of information. What is the URL of your website?

  Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version of WordPress (which I suspect, since SSL is installed automatically on all WordPress.com sites and domains) rather than WordPress.com, you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting prover. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Your site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, so we’re not able to help with this.

  It sounds like you did not follow the process outlined in the documentation for the open source WordPress software you are using, here:

  https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL

  You can try using that info to fix this yourself, else you will likely need to contact support at your hosting provider so they can help you fix this via your hosting control panel with them.
