  Seems like my site has been hacked. Getting hundreds of emails daily from WordPress with ‘New User Registration’ and ‘Password updated’

  @staartmees is correct, you’ll need to post into the WordPress.org support forums to get help with questions like these for your site at vabf.org.

  What you might be experiencing is a common WordPress question that can be quickly fixed by going into your Dashboard > Settings > General

  Look for the field titled “Membership” and uncheck the box next to “Anyone can register”. Make sure to click the Save button before you leave.

  This occasionally happens to our Business plan customers on WordPress.com, which is why I don’t mind putting it here in the WordPress.com support forums. We hope you find a solution to this soon. :)

  It should! You can also go to Users -> All Users in your site’s dashboard and remove any accounts you don’t recognize.
