I need my website to be private, i did not make it public for a specific reason and i find it strange i am not unable to change this. can you please take my profile off public and back onto private, also what was the £85.00 for? I’m not sure i agreed to pay such a price for anything on this website, i was only suppose to create and example for a university project, i wouldn’t have agreed to purchase something that £85.00!!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Are you speaking of the site, dontgivemenonsense.wordpress.com?
That site was set from Private to Public on 10 May 2016 by your username, i.e. someone logged into your account on your computer. You should be able to set the site to private again via My Site ->Settings ->Privacy.
On 23 May 2016 you bought a Premium Plan for this site. To do this you had to go to My Sites ->Plans, select the plan, and enter your credit card details during checkout. There is no way we’d be able to charge you if you didn’t provide us with payment info for an upgrade.
On 27 July 2016 you disputed that payment by filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Your site has subsequently been locked until you pay the chargeback fee.

I have tried and i am unsuccessful, i really need this site to be on private, i was un aware that it was changed to public

It keeps telling me that there was an error with my purchase and not changing my account to private

Privacy is under your Settings. It’s not an upgrade.
To set your site to private, go to My Site ->Settings, not Purchases and not Plans.
If you want to buy an upgrade, you will first need to pay the chargeback fee that was added to your account when you filed a chargeback against us in July last year.
