Security and transfer of domain

    I currently have a website that I use for my business. I find it very difficult to update the site as needed. I’m looking to transfer my domain to WordPress. I would need to transfer my email address as well. I’m just wondering how difficult this would be.

    Things I need:

    Transfer domain
    Transfer email address
    Transfer or redesign website material

    I would use a WordPress designer to do this if possible, then update as needed on my own. I don’t want to sign up and then find out it’s not an option.
