Security breach on my WP???

Hi there,
This morning there’s been a succession of weird things happening on my WP session. I’m worried there’s a security breach in my WP account. Here’s the website concerned with the problem: http://yalakom.org
First, in my stats section: the “country” tab says I have 120 recent views but the “posts & pages” tab shows only 4 views. Really weird.
Second, I commented on a WP blog and it doesn’t recognize me and published the comment as “anonymous”. Super weird.
Third, I tried to change my password and it doesn’t want me too, saying repeatedly I have already used this password, but I haven’t!
I’m really worried. Do you think my account has been hacked??

Hmm, I’ve verified the total number of views for the site match the totals for the country views. My guess is that someone was viewing your images by scrolling through image attachment pages, like this one.
Second, I commented on a WP blog and it doesn’t recognize me and published the comment as “anonymous”. Super weird.
Which site? We’ll take a look.

Did you try a different password just to be sure?
Also, please un-hide the WordPress.com attribution in the footer. Right now you have the font size set to zero. You can alter the appearance, but according to the Terms of Service, it cannot be hidden. Thanks!

No more strange things have been happening. I didn’t try to change the password again but when I did I entered two different ones and both were refused. I’m not interested in changing the password if it’s all safe now.

All sites at WordPress.com, even VIP sites like TechCrunch, have footer credits. You’d be welcome to style them as you’d like, though, so long as they’re visible and legible.
I think the anonymous comments were related to the login issue… and now that I think about it, I’m wondering if you were actually affected by a Chrome+Alexa issue that caused login problems the other day. Do you have that?

Ok, that’s fine.
I don’t know what Alexa is and don’t use Chrome, so I maybe it was something else. Anyway all seems normal now. Thanks for looking into it. Have a good WE.
