  I had unauthorised accounts set up on my page. I had requests for accounts made which were approved without my intervention.

  Hi there,

  I’m afraid I don’t understand. It’s not possible to create an account on a WordPress.com site. It’s possible to invite other WordPress.com users to a site, but only the site owner can do that.

  However, I don’t see any WordPress.com accounts in your account. I only see a self-hosted WordPress.org site connected via Jetpack. Self-hosted sites are not on our servers and don’t use the same software as we do on WordPress.com, so we don’t have any access to that site and also no way to help you with this issue.
