  You’ll find that over on WordPress.org in the documentation for the open source version of WordPress:

  The forum you’re posting in now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. If your site is hosted on our platform, we take care of security for you. So as long as you have a strong password and enable two-step authentication, and if you’re on our Business Plan as long as you don’t install themes or plugins with vulnerabilities, you don’t need to do anything else to further secure your site with us.
