  I see new user names registering to my word press account and new passwords. Now I can’t seem to log into my word press. Can you please help me?

  WordPress.com accounts can only have one email, and any notifications will be of followers instead. If you’re getting information on new registrations, your site is likely using WordPress software rather than WordPress.com hosting.

  What website is this for if you’re not sure and we can confirm?

  Keep in mind that if the site isn’t hosted on WordPress.com servers, then the forums at https://wordpress.org/support will be better for this question. Here’s a bit about the differences- https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
