"security issue" error for users trying to join blog (PART II)

Hello,
Earlier I posted to the help forums (https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/security-issue-error-for-users-trying-to-join-blog?replies=13) because several of my students were having trouble accepting my invitation to join my blog as authors. Every time they attempt to accept my invitation, they get a white screen that says a “security issue” is preventing them from becoming a user on the blog.
A staff member kindly helped me out by directly adding users to the blog. This was a successful fix EXCEPT that I apparently had an old WP account for one of my students that she couldn’t access (and has now deleted).
Long story short: would it be possible for a staff member to add username “moodyam” to the blog linked below?
I appreciate the help, and hope to get this “security issue” resolved with my campus IT in the future.

It sounds like WordPress.com may be blocked for your students, so you may wish to check with your IT folks.
