Security issues

  Hi!
  My name is Heather and I have had multiple security issues with my phone, emails etc. how can I better protect myself? I would love to do a blog or freelance writing but am not so good with technology and would need help getting started. I have adhd and dyslexia tendencies ( although never diagnosed with dyslexia) and tend to wonder off and get lost in links. As much as I enjoy to write, my reading comprehension skills are lacking. Any advice would be great! Thank you!

  We’re admittedly not the best place to ask about security issues with regards to phone and emails as that isn’t really our area of focus!
