Security keys incorrect Funds didn’t go to stripe – where are they

WooCommerce -On our website I did tests and it all looked right. I then went live out of test mode with a $4 debit. It appeared to get accepted and came off my card but didn’t hit my stripe account. A customer also bought $95 of products on 13 oct 2020 and it did the same. I updated security keys and did a $4 test which worked. My question is how to I find the $4 and $95.

If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:
