  I can no longer log in with my mobile device and I need this changed immediately.

  I tried enabling a second level of security on my site. After finding it too difficult to use the site anymore, I decided to disable them. Something went wrong and these security setting are still enable and I can no longer access my website. This is a really big deal for me and my business and I need this fixed right away.

  It sounds like you’ve enabled two step authentication.

  This is a more secure way to access your account since it requires something you know (your password) and something you have (your phone). If you’d like to disable this feature, you can do so following these directions:
