Hey there, are you referring to your account here at WordPress.com, or are you having trouble with your WordPress installation? An account with us will likely be different from accounts you set up with your own copy of the WordPress code.
If you can’t log into your site’s wp-admin because of this change, your host may be able to help you make a backup and use one of these recovery options. Several don’t require access to wp-admin or email, just your hosting tools.
Then have them help you secure the site so it’s safe. Here’s a useful guide for that. When everything is in good shape, make one more backup.
After the site is recovered, if you’d like to import it to our services so we can take care of it going forward, we’d be glad to assist. Here’s a short article on the difference between our services and the free WordPress software, and this article has more information. Let us know how we can help!
