Security warning message when entering site

    Hello, I tried entering my site today and the screen showed a warning message about the site security. To my understanding, an SSL certificate comes with my wordpress site. Please let me know what I should do. Thanks!

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    HI there I’ve had the same issue though only since yesterday. The ssl cert I am supposed to have is mentioned nowhere in my domain information page, where it should be.

    WP staff have not gotten around to a helpful response and the support responses seem to be mostly AI-generated.

    I also noticed while editing that hyperlinks I have been using to connect one page to another have not opened up the pages they are meant to link to/open. ‘View the page’ once you have edited or updated a page does not bring up the newly edited page either. This is obviously part of the whole issue as well.

    Noone can view my site now because it brings up this security warning, a ‘this site does not exist’ message (obviously it does) or it won’t load at all as I have found from trying to access it from other sites on which I have advertised my website.

    @elizabethschneider5 is elizabethschneider5.wordpress.com the site you need help with? If so, I do not encounter any security warning, but only the notice that your site is marked Private. If you need help with a different site, let us know the site address.

    @corbettamtranslations it doesn’t appear that your site corbettamtranslations.com is hosted here on WordPress.com, the hosting provider.
