Security! WP Gave Us Access To Another Business’ Site, Will NOT Reply To Emails

  I have tried to contact WP several times as they no longer allow my upgraded plan to include chat support unless I pay yearly.

  Several months ago, I suddenly had access to another business’ website. I can see all of their information and sales and have access to edit/change anything! This is a huge security issue and seems like it could be a legal issue.

  Additionally, I have other support emails going on months with no response. Is there anyone we can talk to???
