  We have the steps for this detailed in our support docs. Are you stuck on anything specific in those?

  The private registration upgrade will need to be removed before you can transfer the domain name. You can do this at Store > Domains in your Dashboard. Or, if you can confirm which domain(s) you would like that removed for I can do it on our end.
