  when I try to access my blog / website from on-line as if I were a customer, I get an error message that the domain name does not match where it is being redirect to – specifically you – this is have a negative impact on traffic if people think my site is cause for trouble — Help!!!!!!

  What is the exact URL you are visiting when you get that message?
