  Is there a chance of creating a widget that allows u to see whos which members you gave admin rights too are currently on your blogt viewing it ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Unfortunately there is no such widget available on WordPress.com. However there are some options you can evaluate on this page.
