Seedlet: changing background color

I’ve just switched themes from Hemmingway to Seedlet but could use some assistance with what I think is a block question. Partway down the home page, there’s a selection of three photos with a green background that does not stretch the entire length of the photos. The three photos are displayed in a two-column block, but it looks like the group block isn’t what turns the background partially green.

Basically, my question is this: how do I change the color of the green without changing anything else?

Here’s the link to the Seedlet info page: https://wordpress.com/theme/seedlet

I haven’t hit publish yet on the home page, but I’d like to soon. Currently there’s a blog post operating as my home page.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi there,

Can you please give the URL or the title of the page where you’re seeing this? I don’t see a page titled Home on your site’s pages list, so I don’t know where to look for this :)

I hadn’t actually published the page yesterday, but it’s here now: https://whatsmacksaid.com/welcome/ I figured the Seedlet info page has the same information, sorry.

  • Oh, so you were referring to the theme’s demo page? I had a look at your Welcome! page and do not see the same layout, so I’m a little confused about what you are trying to achieve. Did you want to keep the layout from the demo page but change the color of the green background?

Also, remember that with your plan you can get support via email from https://wordpress.com/help/contact.
