Seeking direct email or phone support

    I live in Australia and I continue to have system problems with WordPress that I can not resolve with my limited knowledge. It appears that with the time difference, my support question are frequently overlooked. If I had not put so much effort into my website, I would change to another web-builder over this. Is there a support email address or phone number where I can get more instant support for my questions. The poor response to forum support question has already cost me TWO months before I could launch my website as no one would respond to my question in November. Now there are no image thumbnails appearing when I share my blogs on Facebook which is deterring viewers from reading them. This is my business and my source of income as a singe mum and it is very frustrating not to be able to contact someone more directly.

    That’s a common issue. Be clear on the facts, please. This is not a wordpress.com issue. It is a Facebook image caching issue.

    Know that we have no control over the images that Twitter, Facebook or any other social networks chooses to display or when they choose to flush their image caches. We really only send them the URL of the post, and they hunt through that for the excerpt and images to include.

    There is no phone support but as bloggers are publishers we have reading comprehension skills and can follow written instructions.

    The support docs at http://support.wordpress.com are easy to find and there are links to them all over this site, for example, look at the bottom of this page, and every Admin page on your site.     Thank you. I logged a very detailed question listing the response that got after following the help document about using Debugger. I will search for it and repost it here if you don’t mind as I didnt get any response yesterday about it.

    Hello yinningyang!

    When you use the Facebook debugger, when a link is not loading the right image, you have to click at “Fetch new scrape information” to force Facebook get the info. I did that with your link and now is loading, as follows:
