Seeking Group Blog Theme

  I’m trying to find a good group blog theme, similar to the twitter inspired ones, but not the short update version. Just looking for something that will display author gravatar.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What is available here at wordpress.COM, if you are talking about a blog hosted here, is the P2 theme.
