seeking help to open my website

  I am owning a website named as a2zparenting.com on your portal and using successfully from more than a year. Today when i open it for further posting than i am unable to reach my site. I thought to update through updraftplus plugin than i am not able to reach that option. Kindly help me to go resolve the issue.
