Seeking Help Using WordPress

Hi, I am seeking someone who can help me with my WordPress Ecommerce Store. I am not a web designer, but the web designer does not seem to be available for me. I know some of these things I need/want to do are as simple as setting that I do not know how to get to. I have tried looking things up on Google, but the problem is, I need someone to show me on my particular site how to do certain things.

The URL is raggsys.com One of the issues is that one of the artisans (Tina Sanchez) does not seem to have all her products showing on her page. I believe the web designer set it up to have only 8 spots, but I know there is a setting where you can change the number of products showing on the page. I am also looking to add modules. One for what I am calling “Hidden Treasures” (basically it is just another way to feature products) and the other one for “Recently Listed Treasures” (a place where the new products will show up that I have listed). I know I can copy the above modules, but there would have to be some settings that need changing and I don’t know what they are. He had me go back and tag each product with those words, so I don’t know what his intention was after that. I do have other issues, but I believe them to be more involved. I know the ones mentioned above I could probably do if I knew what steps I need to do and what settings need to be changed, so I was hoping to find someone who could just tell me where to go to change these settings.

Thanks. That site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. Support for that software is provided by the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, but your questions appear to be theme or plugin-specific, in which case contacting support for the specific plugin or theme you need help with is better.

It looks like you’re using the WooCommerce plugin. If your theme properly supports WooCommerce, you’ll be able to change this in the Customizer:

If the developer had you add tags, he could have been intending to use a custom filter, or perhaps a shortcode added by a plugin. It’s not really possible to tell without access to your site’s dashboard, though.
