seeking theme suggestions

I am now using the Pocket theme and I like the clean look. I want to make it very easy for readers to follow my blog, so I want the follow button visible at all times. Seems this is impossible in pocket, so I am searching for another theme that is clean, uncluttered, full screen pictures and also a constantly visible follow button. Suggestions?
