Seeking to migrate my wordpress.org site into wordpress.com

    Hello! I am seeking support to update contact and billing information for HostGator and Jetpack. From what I have read online, I need to migrate my wordpress.org site into a wordpress.com site. Could you please assist me on how I should proceed to perform this? Thank you!

    Hi! Just to check – are you intending to keep your site hosted at Hostgator? If so, then you wouldn’t necessarily need to migrate your site over to WordPress.com. However if you did want to change hosts to host with us instead, we can of course help with more information about that; did you have any particular questions about migrating?

    Just to note, this WordPress.com account you’re posting from (username: retheringtonortizgroupcom) doesn’t appear to have any Jetpack connections associated with it at this time.

    Generally if you’d want to update billing info for a Jetpack subscription, you’d need to ensure you’re logged in with the WordPress.com account you originally used to set up Jetpack on your site. Then you’d be able to manage your Jetpack billing information here:
