Seems like I have 2 accounts. How do i cancel one?

    Somehow I ended up with 2 accounts: one fully active and published, the other not. The one that is not published is ‘premium’ and I want to cancel it. When I go to ‘delete’ site, it leads me to ‘Manage Purchases’ so that i can cancel my premium upgrades, yet, when I get there, i have NO purchases at all there. How do i delete it?
