  While WordPress.com offers a lot of plugin functionality, you cannot add your own plugins or themes; this is only available on the self-hosted version of WordPress.org.

  Are you looking for more visitor tracking? Have you taken a look at the Stats for what WordPress.com offers? You can also use Google Analytics with a Business Plan.
