Sela Feature Image size

  Hi, Does anyone know what the optimum size the feature image needs to be in the Sela theme?

  I am about to launch a blog series and wanted to add a logo to my feature images without it being cut off.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The featured image on the front page and on pages works best with images at least 1180 wide.
  Featured Images for posts should be at least 820 wide by 312.
