Sela– Front Page content on phone

  I can’t figure out how to change how the content area of my front page appears in relation to the front page featured image in the phone layout of my website, using the Sela theme. I’d like the “About Me” button to appear similarly to how it is over the bottom middle of the featured image in the desktop layout.

  Is there no way to add custom CSS that will adjust where the content overlay on the featured image is for the mobile theme? Neither of those links have options that address this.
